  personality.     Devi is a very easy going person with very loose morals. She tends to be overly sweet and flirtatious with a heavy helping of sensuality. While she may have a strong stance against certain politics, religions, or beliefs, she will never talk about ir or judge others in their actions.The woman is also very secretive about her feelings, often feeling deceptive, putting her concerns to the side to ease others.Devi is also a people pleaser to the nth degree.   historical highlights     Devi was born in Ishgard to Franklin (Father), and Maron (Mother) Laroux.Her father and mother moved to Ala Mhigo before the imperial occupation.Her mother was 'sold' to an imperial family while her father was eventually killed. Devi was sent to live in an orphanage for most of her young life.Upon coming of age, she took to the streets to make a living, soon finding the sins of life being the easiest and most fulfilling way to get by. While it was rough at first, she found herself enjoying the company escorting and the courtesan life brought, quickly making many connections in and out of the Empire.She had made a name for herself in the part of Ala Mhigo she dwelled in, befriending both Garleans and Ala Mhigans alike, acting almost like an unofficial mediator between the two factions.Once Ala Mhigo was liberated, she found her way back to Eorzea, eventually settling in Ishgard.She has taken odd jobs here and there while still maintaining her escorting on the side, lending an arm to a lonely diplomat, or a bed for a needy soul.
